ارائه الگوی نشان کارفرما جهت جذب و نگهداشت کارکنان؛ کاربرد رویکرد آمیخته

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل تشکیل‌دهنده مدل نشان کارفرما انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، اکتشافی و از نظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی و مبتنی بر استراتژی پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران ارشد و در بخش کمی شامل مدیران و کارشناسان شاغل در شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه صنعت نفت بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل مصاحبه‌های عمیقی بود که داده‌های آن طی چند مرحله کدگذاری تحلیل شدند و مدل حاصله در بخش کمی در قالب سوالات پرسشنامه در میان کارکنان مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت و بر اساس آن مدل نهایی شناسایی شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که ارزش پیشنهادی ارائه شده، تصویر نشان کارفرما، جذابیت نشان کارفرما، عملکرد نشان کارفرما به‌عنوان مهمترین اجزای مدل نشان کارفرما شناخته می‌شوند و عوامل قرارداد روانشناختی، نشان‌سازی توسط کارکنان و ارتباطات به‌عنوان عوامل مداخله‌گر در مدل نشان کارفرمای صنعت نفت تاثیر دارند.
