نقش شناخت توزیعی بر عملکرد تیم ها در محیطهای پویا و پرخطر

چکیده

هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش شناخت توزیعی بر عملکرد تیمی در محیط‌های پویا و پرخطر است. روش تحقیق به صورت آمیخته(کمی و کیفی) بوده و جامعة آماری در مرحلة کیفی، خبرگانِ حوزة روان شناسی شناختی و متخصصان این حوزه که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی 26 نفر انتخاب شد و در مرحلة کمی، جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان عملیاتی در یکی از مراکز عملیات پدافند هوایی در شهر تهران با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 135 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از تکنیک فن دلفی و پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. پرسش نامه محقق ساخته شناخت توزیعی، پویایی های محیطی و استاندارد عملکرد تیمی وست (2004) روی آزمودنی ها اجرا شد. روایی آنها نیز توسط کارشناسان و استادان به اثبات رسیده است. داده‌‌ها با استفاده از شیوۀ آماری مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری، با نرم‌افزار AMOS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و شاخص‌های برازش مدل استخراج و نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان از برازش مطلوب مدل داشته و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که شناخت توزیع با بیشترین ضریب تاثیر(0.79) بر عملکرد تیم و پویایی های محیطی با مقدار کمترین ضریب تاثیر(0.35-) بر عملکرد تیم و همچنین توزیع شناختی با پویایی های محیطی به صورت همبستگی منفی(0.46-) معنی دار بودند و در نهایت توزیع شناختی به همراه پویایی های محیطی 0.69 از تغییرات عملکرد تیمی را توضیح دادند.
